Terms of use
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms of Use govern the use of this service (hereinafter "the Service"). The provider is: Benert, Szkolna 39, 83-224 Borzechowo, Poland, 789 788 074 Kontakt: admin@holyseek.eu. . By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
2. Description of Services
The Service provides multilingual scripture texts for reading and searching and offers optional, AI-assisted features (e.g. interpretation of individual verses and thematic search). The AI features are provided via an external AI provider. Scope and availability may change.
3. Registration, Account and Email Confirmation
Certain features require an account. When you register with an email address, you will receive a confirmation email; the account becomes usable only after you confirm the link it contains. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may change your password at any time and delete your account yourself at any time.
4. AI Features – Notes and Limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors or be incomplete. It does not constitute theological, pastoral, legal or other professional advice and does not replace your own assessment. Interpretations reflect different viewpoints and are not to be understood as binding doctrine.
5. Credit, Pricing and Payment
Paid AI features are billed via a prepaid credit balance. Credit is purchased through a payment service provider (e.g. PayPal) and maintained in monetary units (cents). Usage is deducted from the balance based on consumption; results that have already been cached may be free of charge. The credit balance does not bear interest and is non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For paid digital services that are used immediately, the right of withdrawal may expire early if you expressly consent to immediate performance and confirm your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses.
7. Copyright and Texts
Scripture texts and translations are subject to different rights and licences; the applicable source and licence notices must be observed. Your own content (e.g. notes) remains yours; you warrant that you do not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Obligations of Users
You will not use the Service abusively, in particular not for overloading, automated mass querying, circumventing security measures, or for unlawful purposes.
9. Availability and Liability
The Service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability is governed by statutory provisions; no liability is accepted for slight negligence – except in the case of a breach of essential obligations and in the case of harm to life, body or health.
10. Termination and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time via the account page. Upon deletion, your personal account and synchronisation data as well as any remaining credit balance will be removed; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
11. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and Applicable Law
The provider may amend these Terms with effect for the future; material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner. The law at the provider's registered seat applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions conflict with this.
